The Fine Print

  • We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step step stool.

  • There is a $65 deposit required to book ALL appointments. $65 will go to the balance of your service. If we are unable to gain access to the property at the time of your appointment, you cancel outside of the 24 hour cancellation policy, your $65 will then be NON-REFUNDABLE!!  

  • Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.  We do not offer chandelier cleaning.

  • We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up. 

  • Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

  • Cleaning are by appointment only.  If we are unable to gain access to the home/apartment or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $65 fee. Your deposit will be non refundable. 

  • All payments excepted (Visa, MasterCard, (Please add an additional $5.00 for  Venmo, Zelle payments).  All payments go to teesouthernconcierge@gmail.com No checks except from weekly, biweekly, monthly customers.  Payment is due at the time of service. 

  • You will be on the month to month plan and the first time the appointment is cancelled we then terminate all weekly, bi-weekly, monthly  pre-scheduled services and you will have the option to text or visit the site to schedule your next cleaning appointment.

  • Please be sure to clear all objects off your bathroom counter and bedrooms etc. for your cleaning appointment de-cuttering isn't included in any of the cleanings.

  • There is a pet fee for basic, deep, and move in/out cleanings that covers the following: pet hair swept/vacuumed up, cage removal cleaned around, pet toys picked up and put away, poop on floor, pet urine, saliva, etc....

  • There's a 3 hour window for appointment times. A ETA will be sent before arrival.  A response is needed to keep appointment!!! See you soon!
