- How much does a house cleaning cost??
Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based on your location and needs. Things that will affect your house cleaning cost are the size of your home, pets, clutter, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, if you need a basic or deep cleaning, and how often you want Southern Concierge to clean etc.
- Do I have to be home when the cleaner cleans??
This is your option…
- Will all house cleaning visits cost the same amount??
The first house cleaning visit usually costs more. Once this initial visit has occurred, your home cleanliness can easily be maintained with our regular cleanings. Regular house cleaning visits are charged a discounted weekly, bi-weekly and or monthly rate. Monthly, bi-weekly, one time, party clean ups, move in/out cleanings etc. available.
- Do you guarantee a day and time for my house cleaning appointment??
YES!!! A text message will be sent the day of your scheduled appointment with an ETA before arrival. There’s a 3 hour window for appointment times. When your ETA is sent before arrival, a response is needed to keep appointments!!!
- Do I need to provide house cleaning products or equipment??
We provide all house cleaning products, so you never need to worry. If you have special house cleaning products you want the cleaners to use, please be sure to discuss this with your cleaner.
-What if I need to reschedule a house cleaning appointment??
We require a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule your house cleaning. If canceled the day of your scheduled appointment there is a $65. late/cancellation appointment fee.
- What if I accidentally lock the cleaners out on the day of my cleaning??
You will be charged a lock-out fee of $65
Most of our clients either provide us a key or hide one on the premises on house cleaning day. Garage door openers form their phones etc…
- What should I do with my pets during the house cleaning??
Please advise us if you have pets, we prefer pets to be put away from the areas you are having cleaned, so our cleaners can clean your home more efficiently. There's a pet fee of $25.00 - $80.00, which includes: pet hair swept/vacuumed up, cage removal and cleaned around, pet toys picked up and put away, poop on floor, pet urine, and saliva etc.
- How shall I pay for my house cleanings??
You may pay by cash, check executed from bi-weekly and monthly customers and or credit card. Payment is due at the time of service. If you do not intend to be at home/office at the time of your cleaning service you may choose to either leave cash, invoice customers (credit card, PayPal)or a check on the counter the day of your house cleaning. If you choose to pay by credit card, we will keep your credit card information on file at the office and charge your card once each house cleaning is completed (optional). A fee of $50.00 will be assessed for all returned checks and or payments not made on time.
- What services do you offer??
We provide a range of cleaning services, including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized services tailored to client needs.

Yes, we use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to ensure the safety of our clients, their families, and the environment.
- What are your rates??
Our rates vary based on the type of service, size of the space, and frequency of cleaning. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
- Do I need to be home during the cleaning??
It is not necessary for you to be home during the cleaning, but you are welcome to be present if you prefer.
- What if I need to reschedule my cleaning appointment??
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment without any fees.
- How do I pay for your services??
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic payments. Payment details will be provided upon booking.
