1. Services Provided** 

The cleaning service includes residential cleaning and Airbnb turnover cleaning, encompassing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and bed linens changing. Specific services will be outlined in the service order.

 

**2. Scheduling and Cancellations** 

Services will be scheduled at mutually agreed times. Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

 

**3. Payment Terms** 

Payment is due upon completion of services. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and electronic transfer. Invoices will be issued for services rendered.

 

**4. Client Responsibilities** 

Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises and ensuring that areas to be cleaned are free of personal valuables. The cleaning service is not liable for loss or damage to items left unsecured.

 

**5. Satisfaction Guarantee** 

We strive for high-quality service. If any aspect of the cleaning does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

 

**6. Liability and Insurance** 

Our company carries liability insurance. Clients agree to hold the cleaning service harmless for any injuries or damages incurred during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence.

 

**7. Amendments** 

These terms and conditions may be amended with written notice. Continued use of services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

**8. Governing Law** 

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are provided.
